UR7s are the leading rugby sevens academy in the UK.

 

The Talent Development Session will be a 2 hour session during which experienced coaches deliver a fun session for U13-U16 girls and boys.

 

We want to see more boys and girls playing the game of rugby 7s, whether that be at a social or elite level, and to benefit from the incredible opportunities the game can offer. We believe that 7s can be used as a tool to develop ‘all-round’ creative rugby players irrespective of position. Find out more about UR7s here.
