Whilst it has been frustrating to have had less rugby going on at Banwell Park than we would like these last few weeks, thanks to soggy pitches followed by frozen pitches – it has allowed our Club House Managers Hollie and Dave to get busy organising the re-decoration of the main Club Room.
Over the last few months there has been a lot of work behind the scenes, sorting out the bar and kitchen and organising draft beers to be available once again at the club. Now the players’ and supporters’ side of the bar is the focus of attention!
Pictures have been removed and re-framed, walls prepared and painted, unwanted furniture has been removed and the carpets have had a much needed clean – all ready to welcome players and supporters back for 2023.
Special mention to Stu from Malvern Hills Painting & Decorating for his hard work and a massive thanks from the club go to Hollie and Dave for making this happen and for creating a space which feels clean, fresh and fit for purpose.
